My journey began in the business world, then led me to teaching, school leadership, and mentoring, where I discovered my passion for supporting people—whether they’re teachers, parents, or students. This led me to become a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, helping individuals break free from what’s holding them back.

My Services
For all 1:1 sessions, a free of charge 15-minute phone consultation will be undertaken to establish overarching client goals and to discuss expectations, terms and conditions etc. I reserve the right to signpost to other services if I feel that a client needs more complex support than I can offer.
1:1 Targeted therapy sessions
These hypnotherapy-based sessions can be in person or online and are suitable for people who want to make changes within their emotional or physical landscape e.g. to change a relationship with food, alcohol, smoking, pain, fear, phobias, general anxiety, exercise or family and friends.
There is usually homework given in between sessions which often involves listening to a recording to reinforce work done in the session and/or practising behaviour changes and journalling. Generally recommend 2-3 sessions for best results but one-off sessions can be booked.
(1-1.5 hours)
1:1 Academic/Career Coaching sessions
These sessions do not include any hypnotherapy but are suitable for people who want to focus on specific issues around studies and or career.

1:1 Dating/Relationship Coaching sessions
These are very specific sessions aimed at supporting people who want to focus on elements of their relationship or wish to re-enter the dating world after having been in a relationship. These sessions may or may not include hypnotherapy depending on what the client wants to work on. Generally recommend 2-3 sessions for best results but one-off sessions can be booked.

Group wellbeing sessions
Can be booked for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 10 people and generally last 1 hour. Utilising a range of techniques and training towards building capacity for increased relaxation and general wellbeing. These sessions can be booked in corporate spaces or other community spaces and will involve group members completing a short wellbeing questionnaire to ascertain what techniques would work best for the group.
Pricing Structure (a non-refundable booking fee is payable on booking and all sessions to be paid for in full in advance of the session commencing)
